I tried the popular mango jasmine tea but realized jasmine wasn't for me. I was hesitant to ask for a change, but Aizi was incredibly sweet and happily swapped it for a Thai milk tea instead! Amazing customer service—Aizi is an absolute sweetheart!

This review is specifically about Jiayin. We drove 3 hours to visit Ohio and chose this milk tea place because I had always loved this place and had bragged about it to my 5 siblings , who were excited to try it. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Jiayin was rude, did not make the drinks properly, we got 6 drinks 3 of them were bad made by her and 3 were amazing made by this other amazing employee. Jiayin refused to remake them the terrible one that she made . She did not use any measuring cups or any scale and just poorly poured everything in there . I specifically requested that the remake be done by the other employee because the other girl was helpful, professional, and provided much better customer service. I appreciate the owner for stepping in and firmly addressing the situation. It was clear that management agreed the drinks should have been remade but Jiayin couldn't take that the drinks she made was the worst ever. The other employee handled things professionally and was the highlight of an otherwise frustrating experience. It’s unfortunate because I used to love this place, but this visit was not what I expected, especially after driving

I recently went to the Milk Jar and it was my first time going. I found the entire experience to be pretty awesome. The ice cream was incredible, the process of watching it being made and rolled up also pretty cool. I feel the need to give a shout out to the young lady who was working solo and was getting slammed. Being the only employee there and serving 12 people at a time was both amazing and sad at the same time. I hope you get a raise and they find you help thank you for making the experience amazing and being so good spirited about it all. You rocked Camila!

Very nice service and great rolled ice cream and boba. They were nice and fast with making the boba and ice cream. We got the choco loco, cookie monster and banana pudding
